I know I talk a lot about happy tears when I’m reminiscing on client wedding days. And in the best possible way, Corinne and Matt might have the record for the most freely flowing tears of joy I’ve ever seen on a wedding day. As a photographer, I might tease that I want to see tears for ‘the shot’, but it is truly moving to see folks be so happy to start forever that they can’t help but cry. It’s equally moving when that extends to parents watching children, and best friends seeing their favorite person light up next to their partner. Matt and Corinne had no shortage of the happy tears, along with genuine smiles, laughs, and overall good vibes all day long. Starting in Detroit’s historic downtown and finishing the night at the STUNNING Colony Club, this was one of my favorite Michigan trips to date.
