Sessions are $400 for 30 minutes or $500 for an hour. Booking a Signature or Luxe wedding? Your engagement session is already included.
Your skin looks like your skin. Your outfits stay the colors you picked, and fall in Loose Park looks like fall.
Clean editing that holds up. They’ll still look good on your save-the-dates, your guest book, and your parents’ fridge ten years from now.
AT THE SESSION
We start easy, with a walk and a little direction. My prompts get you out of your heads, like asking who said ‘I love you’ first. The good photos happen in the middle of the laugh.
Before the session, we’ll plan the spot, the timing, and what to wear, so you know exactly what to expect. Booking your wedding with me too? This is our warm-up, and it makes the big day easier.

How much does an engagement session cost in Kansas City?
With me, $400 for 30 minutes or $500 for an hour. A one-hour session is included with the Signature and Luxe wedding collections.
Where should we take engagement photos in Kansas City?
Somewhere that feels like you two. Couples have picked the Overland Park Arboretum, the Crossroads, even the bar where they met. I’ll send ideas that fit the season and the light.
What should we wear?
Something you’d wear on a good date, in colors that don’t fight each other. The one-hour session includes an outfit change, so you can do one dressy look and one casual.
We’re awkward in photos. Will this work?
Yes, that’s what the prompts are for. I’ll give you a starting point and something to talk about, and the camera stops being the point.
