I’m an introvert at heart, so I am an expert at catching all of the in-between moments. Whether that’s an extra glance at your partner during your ceremony or your grandparent’s eyes glistening with happy tears, I see it. So will you.

I understand how it feels to lock up in front of the camera. I’ll prompt you instead of posing you. We’ll get silly and laugh, we’ll get a little more serious and romantic, but I’ll be gently guiding you every step of the way.

I’ve been shooting weddings for seven years, and in that time I’ve become an expert at staying on task during less-organized times of the day, think family portraits and wedding party portraits. I might be able to blend in when you want me to be unnoticed, but I am also totally able to take charge and keep things organized and on-time when the time calls for it.

The thought of losing someone’s once in a lifetime images due to faulty equipment or memory cards makes me queasy.

Every shoot and wedding, I arrive with two cameras with dual card slots, two cards per camera, so backups are being made with every click of the shutter. I also pack a backup camera body.

When I arrive home from every session or wedding I immediately back up every single image to an external hard drive and to my computer. This is all before editing even begins.
